SALON POLICY

Please read through our booking information prior to your appointment and check our cancellation policy before booking.

CONSULTATION FORMS

You will be sent out a form to complete prior to every appointment, this is so we can check the treatment you have booked is suitable. For returning customers, we will check that nothing has changed in your medical history or any product use that could affect your appointment. Our forms are fully confidential and are fully compliant with GDPR.  Please note if we don’t have your email address or your appointment was arranged at short notice, we will request the form to be completed when you arrive.

BOOKINGS

Please arrive for your booking in plenty of time, late arrivals may result in your treatment being cut short or your treatment not being able to go ahead.

ONLINE DEPOSITS

When booking appointments online you will be required to pay a deposit to secure the booking, this is non-refundable for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. Please see the below link for the full terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a salon we are lucky to have a cancellation list that enables us to fill slots at short notice, however, as a courtesy to our therapists and other clients waiting for appointments we would appreciate as much notice as possible. This also includes any adjustment you may need to make to your booking including gel removals that are no longer required.

A very late notice cancellation may result in a charge. In addition, please note there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost should you fail to attend without any notice.

PATCH TESTS

Selected treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment. To comply with our insurance and health and safety regulations under no circumstances will the treatment go ahead without this being completed. Further details will be sent out with your booking confirmation.

CHILDREN

As a salon, we pride ourselves on trying to ensure everyone has a relaxing experience with us. So regrettably, as a courtesy to other clients and to comply with health and safety regulations, babies and children cannot accompany parents into the salon.

Only limited treatments are allowed to be carried out on under 16’s, please check with us before booking. Parental consent will be required.
